In order to truly have Grit, or a Growth Mindset, one must have accountable goals. If done correctly, goals will guide you on your path to success. I have found over the years that what I thought was a goal was, in reality, just a dream or wish, because I did not have an accountable plan or structure to accomplish it. This led to a lot of wasted time, and I was living in fantasy-land. Successful people don’t wish, they do! It might take them time, but eventually they will execute their plan and accomplish their goal(s).
If you would like more info on how to set goals properly, check out my latest segment of “The Power of a Growth Mindset: Setting Goals” on my website, BeAaronStrong.com. I go over the importance of goal-setting and how to do it properly.
